These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

Before pursuing formal litigation, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by ADR Canada (Arbitration and Mediation Centre) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration shall take place in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and shall be conducted in English. Costs shall be split equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

14. Modifications to Terms

Cashwaveoutpost LP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or upon notification to you via email. Your continued use of our services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
